Family Support Workers
Hobie Walker and Claire Belfield are the Family Support Workers for all the schools in the HarpendenPlus Partnership. We can work with you on a one to one basis to offer help and support, book you onto parenting courses or signpost you to other services.
Your issues may be varied - they may include:
- changing schools
- managing emotions and behaviour
- internet safety
- drugs, alcohol and sex
- friendship issues/bullying
- exam pressures
- anxiety/panic attacks

A booking form will be sent to you by email about 2 weeks before the date of the course and places will be allocated on the basis of first come first serve of return on the booking form and payment.

OCD Carers Support Group
Aims:
- to improve the quality of life of OCD sufferers through advice, guidance and emotional support.
- To provide a confidential and empathic environment specifically for carers.
- To give helpful information about access to relevant resources.
Meetings are fortnightly on Wednesdays evenings 7-8.30pm from 15th September 2010 or daytime monthly on a Thursday 1-2.30pm from 9th September 2010 at the Stevenage Wellbeing Centre, 13 Town Square, Stevenage, SG1 1BP.
